What's in your wallet?

Do you wish everyone did payments the same way? Tell us how you want payments to work for digital services.

What's wrong with cash?

Nothing. There's nothing wrong with paying with cold hard cash and there's plenty of reasons to use it. You can't have your identity stolen if you use cash. Credit card companies can't sell your purchase history to retailers. It's not nearly as fun to roll around on a bed full of credit cards compared to a big fluffy pile of bills.

Cash does, however, run up against some pretty big walls as soon as you enter the digital world.

So, what are the options?

You tell us! How do you make payments online or for digital services like streaming media or ride sharing? Do you save payment cards to your phone, or have them memorized?

More importantly: How do you want to pay for digital services?

PayPal would be great if you could use that as a payment solution as well

The credit card information is usually all saved now, Apple Pay has become my option of payment. PayPal is also used at times, I feel like people who are sort of unsure of a company, PayPal is a really good way to bring them in.

We felt that PayPal is a good alternative to Apple Pay and Google Pay for one-off transactions, but as a wireless service provider it made more sense to use something more 'permanent' since we expect to have an ongoing relationship. I won't take PayPal off the list just yet, though. :)

For accounts such as Netflix, Uber, Apple iTunes..., I enter my credit card info onto their payment page. I don’t particularly like this method as it exposes my credit card number to possible hacking. Is their an alternative?

Digital crypto tokens seem interesting but not sure how complicated a method it is. In the end I would like a simple to use and private payment method.

Crypto would be really cool to integrate! We are a fan of creating as many options to maintain privacy as we can. Any examples of other digital brands using crypto you'd like to share?

I have Google Pay on my Android Wear watch and never remember to use it - but I do use it on my phone all the time.

I'm all about points and rewards. I like to use the Credit -card more than any forms of payment without too much Fee.
