All our Support Features will be available in the app. You can raise multiple issues (tickets) and browse through a number of articles covering most frequently asked questions.
You can also chat with our chatbot (called dot.bot) and to find answers and sometimes even resolve your issues. Our dot.bot will support personalized interactions and assistance with queries such as your recent purchase or the status of a refund.
We will also provide callbacks for tricky problems best solved by a phone call. You can schedule callbacks from our live agents at your convenience instead of waiting until you can spare an hour or two for hold music and multiple transfers.
